My Story
Growing up I always worked alongside my mom in the kitchen, helping to make dinner for friends and family.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit I filled my time with baking. I explored new recipes, new techniques, and I quickly fell in love with my new hobby. I decided to take my hobby more seriously. High school provided me the opportunity to work along side Chef McEwen as I took as many courses as I could that had to do with the hospitality industry. Cheeky Mamas Bakery and Cafe accepted me as a CO-OP student and this incredible team quickly became my mentors and personal cheerleading squad. They encouraged me to try new things, constantly supporting my passion for baking. I knew that one day I wanted to start my own baking business and this dream came true in May of 2023, when I graduated high school early and enrolled as a vendor at the Orillia's Fairgrounds Farmers Market.
